bad service

In august last year I was admitted in N1 city hospital (netcare) and the bill has been going back and forth medical aid don't want to pay whereas authorisation was provided. What makes me angry is the fact that the hospital has issued summons against my name am so deeply disappointed by this incident as if I don't pay my monthly subscription to bankmed every month.why do we have medical aids then andits compulsory to choose bankmed
