Bad Bankmed and they are Terrible. Just Milking our monies

Bankmed is terrible and just takes our money and not service us. Yesterday i consulted a doctor to assist my daughter who has been having headaches since May last year. In fact last year i contacted Bankmed inquiring about certain procedures that the Head Clinic in Houghton wanted to do so they can find the root cause for my daughter. Instead of getting a proper response the person told me they don't cover the headache instead of advising on the procedures. Received a call from a so called consultant who was questioning why i rated them 1 and promised to address my query. Till today she hasn't come back.

Yesterday was another incident, doctor referred us for admission for my daughter at Medforum. When we got there, they told us that we need to pay R5 000 because Bankmed pulled out from them so they need that deposit before the admission happens. This sucks as we pay a lot of money on a month to month basis and we are told such and it's unfortunate that they have monopolize this with the banks as you don't have a choice of another medical aid when you work for the banks.
