Bad bad service as always

<p>I recieved an email form bankmed stating that i owe them about 938 i really don't understand how,i pay bankmed premiums via payroll so i don't understand how i would owe them,i called bankmed to find out,i spoke to this other lady she also couldn't pick up how i would owe bankmed which is strange to me,she work's for u guys so she should be able to answer my queries,she said she Will escalate it and call me back with feedback 3 days later I'm still waiting but that's bankmed for you all their queries get resolved through complaints,i called bankmed again this morning to find out if thers any feedback was put on hold until my airtime ran out how about they pay me for my airtime </p>
