Bad bad service as always

<p>I really dont believe how bankmed operate,its one thing after another and nobody seems to care,this is a second complaint logged within a period of 2 weeks and the 1st one still not resolved,i normally recieve chronic medication from scriptwise around the 7th of every month,i have not recieved medication for the month of june,when i called them was told the scrìpt was expired another script was send through still no medication,and was told by script wise that i had made a claim from a local pharmacy,which is incorrect,called bankmed i was advised that they only allow 14 script in a 12 month period and according to them i have reached that which i find very hard to believe if thats the case then i should have enough medication and i have none as i speak,bankmed is currently resolving 1 complain of duplicates and reversals of claims myb thats y they have 14 script,cannot argure with them,il go buy my own medication until they decide to deliver my medication,they are used to ripping people off anyway</p>
