Bad bab bad

I came to Hellopeter to complaint about the service I received from Bankmed on 03/08/2024 and they responded on 05/08/2024 to say they will look into the matter and even today not a single one has contacted me, is that your way of telling me that you do not care about my concerns?? Is this what I should expect from time to time? Im beyond disappointed
