Bad and uneccaptable service
I have requested old tax certificates from Bankmed (AS THEY ARE REQUIRED BY SARS) on 22 June 2016 and to date I have not received anything!! Only an automated e-mail response that says my e-mail has been received. But nothing has been done thus far!! Almost 2 months now and I am getting charged penalties by SARS every month. This is not acceptable and very poor client service. Who is going to carry all that penalty costs???? Very disappointing.
