Bad administration of funds

For the past 2 years I've been experiencing the same issue with this medical scheme. I spoke to several individuals including team leaders and I'm still awaiting resolution to this matter. Each and every week I'm receiving emails stating that i owe Bankmed an amount of R1K+ and this has been going on for the past two years. I need this matter to be resolved asap because the people I've spoken to promised to sort it out but after a few days they put it in the trash. Today I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Rafiq and he promised to have it sorted and i want to give him the benefit of the doubt but I can't. He knows his job but he told me nothing new. It's a waste of energy and time to shout and insult people, so please resolve this matter asap. I don't need a phone call of any sort but a resolution to this issues. You have record of my details and the number of calls i made regarding this issue.

The next email i'd like to see is of a R0 amount owing.
