I'd like to humbly thank Rosalid for being thorough and effective and assisting me with my query regarding an incorrectly declined application for a new beneficiary. This took place on the back on being frustrated by an e-mail received from Palesa Mothibi stating that I had been declined in my application. Rosalid never played the blaming game as she immediately asked question to better understand my dissatisfaction. She put me on hold for a few minutes to try and assist, and indeed came back with the good news. Thank ypou for assisting me.
