Awesome customer service

Last Thursday I contacted bankmed with regards to a claim that was submitted that bankmed had partially paid. I spoke to a consultant by the name of Chad who was very friendly and helpful in sorting out my query. Its always good to know that consultants like Chad exist and go above and beyond the call of duty to service their clients!
