Awaiting for medical aid cards
My husband and I joined bankmed 9 Months ago yet we have still not received our medical aid cards.
I have contacted your agents but still have not received our cards.

We apologise for the delay in delivering your membership cards, we rely on the postal services to deliver membership cards, which usually takes 6-8 weeks. We've confirmed that you have been assisted by our Client services and delivery of the cards has been arranged. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to occur.
