Authorization for what

You would think when getting an authorization number they would inform or prepare u of what they will pay and if some code has been exhausted. Not bankmed. You get the suprise when u login or on the statement. The bill will cause u to end up in hospital. Prevention better than cure I don't think so. And when you call them you get a person who can't even give you a proper answer. Highly frustrated but I guess life goes on
