Unacceptable behavior , u need to go the extreme just to get a auth no , spend a hr on the ph with a consultant which puts me on hold all the time , they asked for a referral form from a gp they actually get one then they still have the nerve to tell me that there is information not on the form but when I read the form to the consultant all information is on the form , so pathetic u can not be ,,,, we pay so much money just to get terrible service ,,,,,
