Appalling Service form BankMed

Appalling service from Bankmed, I app**** for an additional dependent, did the forms, submitted and was told its approved and I have a 3 months waiting period. almost 4 months later when I call to follow up and I was told someone went and cancelled my application without communication and reason. Now I am told I must start the process again and guess what, another 3 months waiting period. No accountability or responsibility on their part. Only thing I was told is that they couldn't get through to me on the phone, however, through out this process we were communicating via email and now they cannot email me back.
