APPALLING SERVICE!!

My daughter who is a dependent discovered a distinct lump in her breast. She went to the Dr and the Dr referred her for a breast sonar only not a mammogram. Bankmed would not pay because she is under 40 years of age. We landed up paying for it and when I called Bankmed they said I need to go back to the Dr (another consultation) to get a motivational letter from DR. I am sitting with R60 000 in my savings account which I asked that they take from there. Answer was NO need to go get a motivation from the doctor. So, time off work, another consultation fee. DISGUSTED WITH BANKMED, ARE ONLY GOOD AT WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME AND LOOKING FOR REASONS NOT PAY.
