Annoyed.

Medical aids are the worst. So on the 19th of January 2023 i phone bankmed call centre to find out about a specific benefit. After doing security check i proceed with my question. I asked the consultant what are my benefits for a pap smear. The consultant explains i can go to my gp or i can go to my nearest dischem or clicks pharmacy saying that i dont need a refferal for this. Well i ended up paying cash for my pap smear because dischem stated i needed to doctors referral note for r the pap smear. This wasnt relayed to me by my medical aid and now they are refusing to pay my r310 back. Honestly annoyed that ypu pay so much every month and get nothing really. Worst.
