An additional medical aid card

Good Day<br> <br> On the 20 November 2015 I received my welcome pack at Absa Towers North in Johannesburg and only 1 can was included in the pack. My question is if there is 2 members included on the medical aid under medical aid number *** why was only one card sent.<br> <br> When I asked the Consusltant from Bankmed who were issuing cards to us they told me that if a child is younger than 16 years then only 1 card is sent, I find this as a stupid reason to tell give to clients. First of all irrispective how old is the child I believe if there are 2 members on the medical aid then 2 cards must be delivered, what if my daughter does not stay with me then which medical aid card must she use?<br> <br> The above questions could have been avoided if all this was handled in a professional manner as it's a waste of time to be requesting an additional card...I forsee headaches with Discovery administaring Bankmed.<br> <br> May an additional card be delivered to the below address as soon as possible:<br> <br> 8 Montana<br> Rooitou Avenue<br> Weltevreden park<br> 1709<br> <br> Regards<br> Maria Dlamini<br> ***<br>
