Dear Miss Rass

Thank you allowing us to look into the matter for you.

We have confirmed that you have been contacted regarding the claim in question and your benefits confirmed. The ambulance claim will not be funded as it is not Prescribed Minimum Benefit (PMB) of care.

We are truly sorry that we are not able to provide you with your desired outcome, however we hope that the phone call provided you with clarity.

Regards

Bankmed Servicing Team

Best regards,
