On the 03 March I called bankmed spoke to Robert for authorization, after doing security checks with me he asked for more information like practice number which I did not have but guess what. Being home from hospital no airtime no access to emails or internet he just asked me for the Dr's telephone numbers then he went extra mile for me I really appreciate your efforts Robert people like you are very scares. After talking to the receptionist from the Dr he called me back the we were sorted.
