Agents lies about ordering card over phone

Vitality took responsibility of administering Bankmed members accounts. This meant new membership cards had to be issued. Deliveries were made to work office and I was told mine would be sent via post.

After 3 weeks or so of not receiving the pack with new membership cards I called CCC and requested pack to be delivered. Lady assisting advised that she has raised request and delivery will take up to 10 days at most.

2 weeks passed and no pack delivered. I called again and this time the gentleman assisting advised about the delay experienced that has lead to the pack not reaching my residential address.

Today (08/03/2016) I made a call only to be told by the agent that the request was never raised, he had to raise it, meaning previous two agent **** about the order to deliver membership pack.

More than a month has passed now and not even an effort or notification is being sent to advise on the status, I the customer have to initiate the calls and be **** to by CCC agents. This is absolute horrible service.

Really not happy with this situation. I am told I can retrieve a temp paper card yet most members received their permanent membership cards.
