Admin descrepancies

I retired from the bank on 31 July 2015 and opted to stay on as member of Bankmed. Bankmed membership number ***<br> <br> 1. At first they issued me with a medical card which did not exist. I went to Dischem to renew my chronic perscription just to be told that this card is not valid. It was discovered that Bankmed deleted me as member as they interpreted the letter van Standard Bank incorrectly<br> I eventually got a new card with the correct number<br> 2. Then had to discover that my chronic benefits were not moved on to the new card and I had to pay for my chronic medication for both January and February 2016. Have no idea when this will be rectified.<br> 3. Went to Dischem yesterday to hand in my new perscription and gain being embarrased by Banmked - \sorry you owe the medical aid money\" we cannot give your your perscription<br> <br> All this after being a member of Banmed for more than 30 years.<br> <br> In addition I have a savings account at Bankmeed which shows a zero balance which is impossible. It should be well in excess of R 12700....<br> What happened to the funds?<br> The service STINKS"
