Adding a spouse

<p>I am trying to add my spouse on my existing package. its been almost a month now and she is still not added, I only received mails that I need to fill page 9, which was filled the first time., but nonetheless i filled the page last week and sent it again. When i call to find out the status of the application, i hold for almost half , no one to help me. Can it be this difficult to add a spouse? Im just scared that what if she needs medical attention since she's cancelled her medical aid a month ago.</p>
