Acute medication not covered
I went to a pharmacy with my prescription from the doctor to receive medication on the counter apparently nothing is covered, the pharmacist called bankmed they gave her a story that their system are down I should try the next morning. I went back to the pharmacy in the afternoon the next day the pharmacist called them again she held for an hour while they still checking. ..I don't understand what is it that you cover if you don't want to assist with acute medication it's the first time I experience this and I am so annoyed. Your fees are high but your service is nonsense tell me how am I supposed to get medication now???
