Accounts not settled in full

On the 12th of January I phoned the medical aid call center where I spoke to consultant Leroy who advised that all the general doctors contracted to them are listed on their website. I registered on the website and got a name of the doctor Dr Allan Soundy which also showed as a full cover benefit. 21st January I went to the doctor whereby I received a prescription that I did not get the medication for because the said meds are not listed on a particular list of meds to be given to Bankmed Basic holders.I ended up buying medication from my own pocket and now have to settle bill from doctor as the doctor refuses to reclaim bill with the medicalaid.To date I am still waiting for my welcome pack from this medical aid that I pay monthly but get no value for money.Again I went into their website to get information about optometrists, Torga optical Wonderpark listed as a full cover outlet but to date they have not yet confirmed that they will pay for my eye test and eye care needs.Their website so far has given me false information & dditional charges occcured to me in addition to the monthly fee I pay them. My one premium could have taken care of all these doctor needs!
