Account outstanding since 19 Jan 2016

I went to the Optometrist 19/01 . I ph Bankmed & PPN 27/01 REF *** to find out if the acc has been received. I was advised that due to the new administrators taking over the scheme there was a backlog for January claims & there were staff shortages & I must wait a few more days.

I ph PPN 01/02 & was advised by a Team Leader that the acc was sent to Bankmed for payment from the savings on 28/01/2016 in Batch 2.

I ph again Friday 05/02 & was advised again by a Team Leader at PPN that Batch 2 did not go through & that there was a problem with the Discovery/Bankmed IT system, however they paid their portion from the insured benefits.

I ph Bankmed 08/02/2016 & spoke to Lauren at 08:30 & she ph PPN & they advised that the amt from the savings would go through that day. REF ***.

On 09/02 I ph Bankmed again & spoke to Rea who advised that she would follow up & advised that there is a system problem.

I ph Bankmed again 15/02 REF ***. still not received by Bankmed.

I ph PPN 17/02 & was advised by Sanda REF *** that it went thru to Bankmed 16/02 Batch 2.
Ph Bankmed today was advised that it didn't go thru again REF *** spoke to Matthew
