Absolutely no replies

During October 2015 last year, I app**** to Bankmed FNB Team for a membership certificate on membership number *** for the period 07 th March 1978 - 31 October 19999.<br> <br> I received a reply from them via email requesting a sworn affidavit which I then sent on 5th January 2016.<br> <br> I received a reply from a call centre agent saying that the number provided was incorrect. Now my logic tells me that if medical aids only keep records for 5 years, how would this person know that the number is wrong. They don't think further than their noses.<br> <br> I then contacted Bankmed, now administered by Metropolitan and Shakira Matthews asked me to send her the email I received stating that a manual certificate could be issued and resubmission of the affidavit. This was during the first week in January 2016.<br> <br> To date, she has not bothered to reply.<br> <br> Their service is non existant. Disgusting to say the least
