Absolutely disgusting service and processes
I was told the only outstanding item is my old med cert which I've now sent. Please advise when my med aid will be activated as your contact center have no idea. It's taken me a week to resolve this and I'm only joining as my employer forces it. Discovery is much better. Currently I have no med aid due to Bankmeds inefficient processes.
