A Worthless medical scheme underwitten by Discovery

It is true what people say, Insurance, Medical aid institutions are now giving everyone less for more, You basically pay for nothing, The greedy investors eat your money, I Followed the Bankmed processes to see a specialist referral form from my Registered GP to visit an orthopedic specialist, there are only 2 listed on the plan for centurion, The Approval was provided on email but when i got to the Doctor i still paid R1200 consult and no invoice to date to submit a claim to you (Your recommended Network doctor!) Further to that your recommended Orthopedic Dr refers me for an MRI, He refuses to complete the bankmed referral form and advises that MRI trust which he recommended company (Probably coz of the kickbacks) will sort everything out, You guys decline it and say i did not ask for it, or you only cover if im going to lose a limb? Your processes are unfortunately designed to profit off premiums or give a client a difficult process to avoid a client claiming anything, Or maybe how can we take the money for free. People work hard in this economy and some rich opportunistic people profit off it :) Well done, I paid my Mri out of pocket, I don’t see what’s the benefit of medical aids anymore like other products. Because we actually support medical aids, DRS take advantage of the funds, You cover 100% and they charge 300%, Drs don’t help people anymore, They just like money, They will even cut your leg off for a 100k if nothing is wrong as long as you have a good medical aid that will pay :)
