6 month and still no Medical aid card

Since joining them on the 1 May 2019, i have no got my medical aid card. i have been sending them emails but no one cares to reply or call back. until today i am still waiting for my medical card. they have poor service. previously i wrote a Review and they rep**** my review and never take action, even today i am still waiting for someone to get back to me
