After having a horrible experience with bankmed staff, incompetence and sub par service was the order of the day since logging my claim 2 months ago, until Allison took the time to call me, speak to me like a human and assist in finalizing my claim. She was awesome, getting things done, being professional, sticking to her promises and most f making the process easiest for me as the client.
