Unacceptable conduct

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction with the conduct of one of your consultants, Jennifer Ndlovu, at Bankcol International.

Following my inquiry with Elite Group regarding my outstanding balance, I was directed to Bankcol International, where my account has been handed over. I initially appreciated Jennifer Ndlovu's prompt response to my request for a statement to assess my outstanding debt.

However, since then, I have been subjected to constant calls and harassment from Ms. Ndlovu, pressuring me to make immediate payments. Despite my explanations that I cannot commit to a specific amount at this stage, she continues to insist and has even gone as far as threatening to blacklist me for not cooperating.

I am deeply disturbed by the rude and threatening manner in which Ms. Ndlovu communicates. It is my understanding that her role involves interacting with clients in a professional and respectful manner, but this has not been the case in my experience. I believe her behavior is not in line with the standards expected in debt collection practices.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to address the conduct of Ms. Ndlovu. I expect fair treatment and respectful communication as I work towards resolving my outstanding debt.
