Rude agent who continuously harrasses people

I see another review regarding the same agent Phumzile Thusi, no manners, rude and will not let me get a word in, she kept interrupting me and telling me over and over "pay your account, pay your account" she needs a disaplinary , she has no right to speak to people like that and when she pushed me to the point where I was so frustrated that I swore at her, I did apologize in an email but she wouldn't accept it and told me it was the second time I swore at her which is a blatant lie and told me she would take it further. I have taken this further as well. Phumzile Thusi you need a lesson in customer care and how to speak to people. I should not have sworn at her but she pushed me that far, I don't make a habit of swearing at people. She then insisted on speaking to my HR manager and I refused to allow her to involve my employer and then she said she would harass me every day. I am not disputing that I owe money, not in the least but I will not be spoken to in such a manner by this child , who does she think she is anyway.
