Rude Agent. No ethics of any kind.

Early this morning I Received a call from a lady by the name of Pumzile Thusi - rude lady. Please train your agents customer courtesy and tell them it is very important, especially At times like this we need polite agents calling us. We struggling with the after effects of COVID. We trying to sort out one thing at a time. Yes we haven't been paying but it's not because we don't want too. We have family to see too.
