Josiah from Bankcol is rude and put my job at risk today !!!!!

Josiah from this company is a very rude man just put my job at ris**** He actually reported me to my GM about my financial problems!! Also told ou Receptionist that im *****ing from my employer!!! Who does this guy think he is?? Plus he is trying to get money from me for an account that is over 8 years old and under sequestration??? NEDBANK i need an answer pls!!!!! That little money i earn is not even enuf to pay rent and buy food leave alone other stuff. What is Bankcol thinking when they send rude people to harass us and make us loose our jobs!!!!!
