Horrible

I had a loan with nedbank I paid it in full September 2022 and requested for a paid up letter. They are refusing to give me one and they are not responsive via email but they kept on calling to get the money paid. I am so digusted with this company and that's not all they are saying I still owe them R609 after I paid the amount in full. Their staff is not helpful at all they are pathetic.
