Extremely APPALLED

extremely rude and have no ways of speaking spoke to an agent Eugene from Bank col being harassed continuously for an account that i dont even know accumulated interest and was supposed to have been closed. also discusses my personal matters with colleagues. this is definitely not on bank col i will take this up further.
