Disgusted at how a company can and chooses to do business

I am disgruntled by the services received from this company. I do understand this is a collections company however the procedure in which things are done is disgusting. I have had an incident with this institution where they are collecting on behalf of Volkswagen financial service/Wesbank and there manner in which they do things is not commended nor should be acceptable. I have made sure i have reported this to Wesbank as well as i am further going to report this to the Ombudsman if no one will review my case and provide me with the necessary feedback
