BANKCOL Threatens clients including Cecilia

I was threatened by Cecilia Niepage, I havent spoken to her over the phone but by email she I am only owing for 2 months for my vehicle but already I must write an address so they can collect the car , I told her I will make payment by today and I did agree today hasn't ended already she wants to repossess my car. HELLO Peter If 3 people are complaining about this company why dont you do anything with it cause i feel we just write how we feel . I am definitely escalating to Ombudsman ive been in hospital and very ill to be threatened by these people like this. This company needs to b3 exposed to social media as well on how they mistreat clients and not arrangements are done , MFC also encourages their customers to be treated this way ,tomorrow you will never want to be financed by MFC.
