Bad Service

The People at this company are rude and have no way of speaking to clients, they are *********** and have no sense of customer service. People don't reply to emails namely Aaron, Sharlene is rude speak to clients as if they are her children. This is the most useless company I have ever dealt with. I dont even know why Nedbank still deals with this company
