Customer service? Not at Bank Windhoek!

Constant ignoring our simple request about interest rate on our bank account with Bank Windhoek and date when it is valid from. A numerous e-mail messages are plainly ignored by K. Totong, M. Gontes and J. van Wyk from Mauerua Mall Windhoek branch. Same for July 2022 request about bank charges clarification. R. Borges from Bank Windhoek Merchant Acquiring also ignored several requests e-mailed in July 2022 about e-commerce service implementation.
