Refuse to refund my money

I bought a house from Bank On Assets (BOA), and Yusuf the Sales man assisted me with purchasing of the house. I bought the house cash, by means of bank transfer into their bank account. The house was due to be transferred by their layers ( Abdurahman De Villiers). I paid the lawyers the transfer service fees, & while they were busy with the paper work, I was told they no longer serviced BOA, due to misconduct from BOA side. The lawyers confirmed that the sale was ********ly, and they are withdrawing all the services they used to render to BOA. I was charged for the service they rendered & administration. I then went back to BOA for clarification and way forward, of which I was told to wait till they appoint other lawyers which I had to pay service from the beginning of the process. I lost money to Abdurahman De Velliers, and I was told to pay the new lawyers, which was a disadvantage to me financially, and a breach of contract. Now I'm struggling to get my money I paid for the house, even though they resold the house to a new owner. The employees are rude, and Mr De Villiers is never available. Ive been told 2 Weeks ago the money will be paid within 48 hrs. Please help.
