Her name is Mable Nkosi, she calm me down because I was very upset from holding the endlessly. She asked me how can she assist me. I explained everything to her and she promised me not to worry, I must hold for a moment as she was not working in that department. She came back and ask for my contact number and promised call me immediately when she gets the relevant person who can assist me.
