Good Morning

With not much help I received a phone number from bank of lisbon stating I should call Sergeant Galani tel: **********

But when phoning there is no answer. and I phone like 20 times already. I got a hold of them on 27 November 2018 and Sergent Galani said the Mayor needs to verify our documents. she then confirmed that she sent our documents for verification on the 21 November 2018 when phoning on 27 November 2018 she said that she wil whatsapp him to remind him to sent documnets to GEPF and then on 30 November 2018 again he hasn't sent it and she then said she will whatsapp him again reminding him to sent the documents as it is still laying in his "inbox" on the 3rd of December 2018 I called again but the Sergent Galani was on lunch. now on the 4th of December 2018 I am trying to get hold of her but no answer when caling. I asked for a direct number for the Mayor but she insisted that she will whatsapp him what are we suppose to do as we are waiting payment for a year now. How can one live without money why are they not doing there job why must we keep on phoning them even though it is there job to sent the documents through how hard can it be to sent it through as all they need to do is forward it to GEPF
