Stay away from Cash It/Bank IT

I borrowed money using my car as a security on the 27 Nov 2020. I missed my payment on the 27 Dec. The BankIT/ Ca**** offices were closed to make arrangement. on the 10 Jan my car was repossessed, I tried to explain my situation and they didnt want to listen, they left me in the rain at their offices, Vee said if called one time, they are selling my car, they had no mercy and even an ear. I even told Vee that it was impossible to make arrangement since Mark said they will be closed till 11 Jan 21. I pleaded my course and even asked to make payment including the repo amount on the 11Jan as I was expecting an income but nope. They didnt want to listen but to come on the 13 Jan 21 for an arrangement. She will scold you like you are a child. Vee refused I speak to her on her mobile but when looked on the net and going to make a deal, had no problem to speak to me on her mobile. I went on the said date, they added fees that were crazy, they repo amount was R8000 and the repo guy told me that they charge R2000? they added another instalment of R21k saying its new month, but I have seven days to pay the total amount. On the last day of payment, I got a company that could assist me not loose my car but give space to raise the funds and also drive it. The same company that helped another guy the day before me who nearly lose his Merc 630, all organized by my husband. All hell broke loosed from Ca****/bank IT, they started wanting the info of the company helping us, Vee will say they didn’t get money while the bank said money is cleared because is immediate payment, we waited for hours, then Vee said the car is at storage and cannot be taken to remove the tracker since is after 15H30, however my tracker on my phone showed the car was moved at 15H05 ( I just laughed inside). She promised to send the car to remove the tracker at 09H00 on 22 Jan. I explained I wasted at a day; can I sign all paperwork but refused. We left, came at 10H00 on 22 Jan, I get there, Vee said nope, they car will not be released until they get the agreement between the company helping me and them, what does that I had to with them? All that was needed was invoice. They guy who was helped by the same company had to call the police to get it. Vee and Mark had a horrible tone, kept changing the stories, it took 5 minutes to get car when making the loan, but it must take two days to get it back. I had already called my husband to organize his lawyers and report the matter because they had no reason since their money paid. All of sudden we I might a call for the husband to organise the lawyers, then Mark says is all sorted, my car was moved to their premises on the 22 Jan at 09H57, we only had the release of the car 13H30, she says the car will be delivered to their offices in 15 minutes, I tell her I need the spare keys, lo and behold, she call a guy, my car is down stairs climbed. Made me wait for hours for nothing because they wanted to sell my BM for more profit instead of releasing it as payment was done. Ca****/BankIT have no customer care at all.
