Disappointment!

We made a booking on the 29th Nov at the Ruimsig branch via The Entertainer app for Wed, 2nd Dec. When we arrived for our dinner, the waiter told us that you are no longer part of The Entertainer, and we can not eat there. I was totally disgusted as you advertise as one of the partners until the 31st December 2020, and you are even part of the partners for next year. We renewed our membership as Banjaraa was one of our favourite restaurants, but we were shown away by your staff. Making a booking online via The Entertainer, and the booking can not commence, the restaurant is supposed to call you at least, but there weren't even a courtesy of that. Very disappointing!
