I only clicked one star because i had to, to write this review...

Buying curry dishes first of all is not cheap therefore atleast get the orders correct and give a good service which is free.

Ordered lamb dish at R150 odd rands and it was the worst dish ever,tough,hard and tasteless meat.

Delivery fees: every time i order my delivery allone is R20 then R25 then R20...for 5.6km that's ridiculous...my house stays at the same spot why does price go up and down and on the mrD app my house shows 4.7km away for banjaara.

Im never a client that complains but after receiving the last 2 orders wrongly and being upset i phoned a week later to place an order again because they are the only curry place around and raise my concerns. I tell the guy my whole story where he rudly and angry asked me "so what do you want". Not a sorry or anything but that...Absolutely no client s****s or appreciative of me as a client spending money with them each and every weekend especially in these times...i say leave the order and put the phone down very dissapointed.

Today i phone again on this very cold day and this time i say i want to place an order and then tell the guy about the wrong previous orders,the delivery charges but that was not my concern anymore,the way the staff there talks to clients is seriously worrying. I think this was the same rude guy i spoke to previously.

Short and long...i did not expect a red carpet after my complaint...i expected a sorry and acknowledgement...i would neverrrrr buy from banjaara ruimsig again just out of principle...rudes staff i have ever come across. You have lost a very loyal client.
