BANGKOK BANK - CREDIT CARD NOT COMING OUT

I'm sitting infront of a bangkok bank ATM in koh Lanta, stranded. The ATM has swallowed my card and isn't returning anything. I received my money and no card. It's the only way I can draw cash and all the customer care service agent can tell me is ''sorry for the inconvenience, stop your card''. I will be traveling for the next year without a card????
