Zero after sales support, product not shipped while they keep my money

Ordered on 28 July, item never shipped, everything I log on to check progress the estimated shipping date just moves out. Zero feedback on complaints. "Ask for help" buttonon the app DOES NOT EVEN WORK!!! I tried to send them messages in a lot of alternative ways but nothing works. I want my money back.
