Worst Platform store ever

I have purchased an Item from them for the first time, and the hassle of getting the product delivered or even a refund due to failure of delivery is pathetic to say the least... can't even compliment on customer satisfaction as there is non... They want me to now pay tax duties, in which should be included in my purchase from them, as mentioned to them, as i am also a business owner.... I can't charge a client for an item with shipment and then turn around and ask them to pay in extra due to my lack of business ethics...

I buy plenty from Wish and I'd rather stick with them, least i know what I'm getting, plus they have never asked me to pay in anything extra... Plus on top of that, if i haven't received an item I get my refund the following day, no questions asked
