Do not order from this company. They are entirely *********. We placed an order for goods on the 9th March 2021. It said it would take max 25 working days. I understand due to COVID there are delays, I am ok for a delay. But today we cancelled the order as on the tracking info it said the item had not been shipped. On speaking to the customer service agent, the tracking info suddenly changed to order cancelled and order closed. But the lady said the parcel had been delivered. I asked her where it was delivered to as it was meant to be delivered to our home. She said i must go to the post office. I asked which post office. She says the closest one. She remains adamant their system says it was delivered and yet no matter how much I asked, she insisted all it said was it's delivered and she can't say where or who signed for it, and that I must go to the post office. I explained this is not how courier services work. The agreement was for the item to be delivered to our home address, and not the post office. Courier services also have thorough tracking processes especially a company this size. They cannot tell me where it was delivered, only that I must now drive to the post offices around my area to see if it is there. This is blatant theft and *****. It's theft as they are taking our money and lying about it being delivered. The other way they lie and hook you into buying is to say 'now that you have made a purchase you get a free gift'. We clicked on the gift we wanted and we get the message it is not valid.

Do not buy from this company as this to me is ********* behaviour. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she said the supervisor will say the same thing. The lady's name is Gisselle. I have screen shots of the chat to prove what I am saying is not exaggerated
