I have been shopping on Banggood for more then 4 years. For me it is very important to know that I receive only quality products, because I know that I can trust this supplier. Nevertheless, sometimes issues may happen, recently i received a new tiny whoop and motors died after 20 mins of flight time. I was amazed by the service, because BG support refunded me the whole price of the quad (70 Euro) and not only motors. Issues may happen with any company, that is why my main indicator is how the company solves these issues and shows its attitude to the customers.
